The HubCAP — the Community Access Partnership powered by Brown County United Way — works together with local organizations to make it easier for individuals and families in Brown County to get the support they need, right where they live, work, and gather.

Utilizing a fleet of specialized vehicles: a passenger bus, RV, and a mobile classroom, the HubCAP literally rolls into neighborhoods throughout Brown County. HubCAP Community Resource Navigators and partnering organizations are on board to provide you with the information and resources you need.
